Driving directions to the location and spot to meet at:

From Route 25 in Moutonboro, take Route 109N through Sandwich to Center Sandwich where it merges with Route 113W coming from the right.  Continue straight ahead (don't bear left to follow Route 113), following the signs pointing to Sandwich Notch and Mead Base.  After the pavement ends, drive another mile to a fork in the dirt road.  Take the right onto Diamond Ledge Road, following the sign for MEAD CONSERVATION STATION (don't bear left for Sandwich Notch).  Drive all the way in and turn right as directed by the NFS sign into the parking lot.  If you plug in "Mead Explorer Base Camp, Diamond Ledge Road, Sandwich NH" GoogleMaps/GPS should take you right there.  Anyone wishing to carpool from Rtes 25E & 16 In Center Ossipee, please let me know and we'll make arrangements.
