Ready to do an afternoon paddle? How about during the fall foliage with a possiable sun set?

we will be meeting up at 3:00pm at Lake Gardner Beach (79 High Street, Amesbury, MA) leaveing the beach at 3:30pm. The type of padding is easy going, the river and lake are both very calm waters. its a total distance of 9.62 miles of paddling. normaly takes 4-5 hrs depending on the paddling speeds. We will paddle across Lake Gardner into the Pow Wow River. Crossing over into New Hampisher, and then back into Mass. Finaly resting on the sandy beach of Woodsom Farm Park. This is also a local spot for dogs to play in the water, so please be mindful of a random pup swimming up to your boat. We will be able to get out of the boats and strech our legs, and have a snack if you chose to carry one with you. We will return to the cards the same way. Once back at the cars and loaded up, we can the hit the local Sylvan Street Grille (195 Elm Street, Salisbury, MA) for a much deservied bit to eat. if planning this bringing a change of dry clothes is a good idea.

Please remember to bring you head lamps, or some type of light to light up your kayak with. its not so much for you to see, but for outher to see you. doens't have to be anything fancey, a few simple glow sticks taped to the side of the kayak will do the trick.

If you have a 4 legged buddy that enjoy a nice paddle please bring them along, i loved getting my face licked by them :)

There are 2 localish places to rent from, tho i personal have never used them. They are <The Kayak Shack & Plum Island Kayak> If you have you own kayak, SUP, or Canoe thoes are welcomed as well. I will be in my Black, Lime Green and Yellow Kayak.

any questiong just send me and email and ask :)

I'll be bringing my inflatable kayak and have another one if someone would like to borrow for this trip. Send me an email to arrange.
