Summary

Join us for a relaxing, high summer camping weekend at centrally located, all male, Mountainside Campground in Hinsdale, NH.

Mountainside, located in a picturesque, natural setting is in the hills of southern New Hampshire. Additional campground and facility information and pictures can be found at mountainsidenh.com.

Reserved for us is the new Indian Pipe campsite, which includes large group site, fire ring and grill, covered cooking area and two picnic tables.  The site has one enclosed, double sleeping area for two at $50/night. Additional tent sites are $35/night for two and $20 for single tents.

The plan is a relaxing and sociable weekend get together for GO members.   We can share group meals at our site (by prior arrangement), socialize at the Mountainside bonfire and hike, kayak and / or swim on Saturday at nearby Harriman Reservoir or Rock River, Vermont.  We can collaborate on planned activites as we get closer to July (it is minus 5 today as I write this)!

Gear and Food:  Car camping gear - tent, sleeping pad and summer sleeping bag, day pack, camp chair, coleman stove, cooler and ice, provisions for camp breakfasts and dinners.   There is a Walmart in Hinsdale for almost anything you might need. Let me know if you have any questions regarding car camping gear.

Campsite costs can be remitted upon arrival on July 20th.  Please let me know if you want to reserve the double sleeping area.

Please contact me for questions or suggestions.

Directions To Trailhead Parking Lot

We will meet at Indian Pipe campsite anytime between 1 PM and 7 PM (not after sunset).

Mountainside is at 87 MacDonald Drive, Hinsdale, NH 03451.
