Join us for a relaxing summer day in the White Mountains as we cool off at one of New Hampshire's most beloved swimming holes! Cascade Park is a beautiful riverside spot in North Woodstock featuring smooth rock ledges, small cascades, crystal-clear mountain water, and plenty of places to swim, wade, sunbathe, or simply relax by the river. Whether you want to take a refreshing dip, lounge on the rocks, read a book, or socialize with friends, this is a great opportunity to enjoy a laid-back summer afternoon together. Location: Cascade Park 130 Main Street North Woodstock, NH 03262 Activity Time: Plan for approximately 2–4 hours of swimming, relaxing, and socializing. Difficulty: Easy. The swimming area is only a short walk from parking and suitable for most fitness levels. Afterward: We'll head to a nearby restaurant in Lincoln or Woodstock for lunch and continued social time together. What To Bring: • Swimsuit • Towel • Water shoes or sandals with good grip • Sunscreen • Water and snacks • Sunglasses and hat • Camp chair or blanket if you'd like a comfortable place to relax Dogs: Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Important Notes: • The rocks can be slippery when wet, so please use caution. • Water temperatures may be cool even during summer months. • Participants are responsible for their own safety and comfort in the water. • This event is weather dependent and may be rescheduled in the event of heavy rain or unsafe river conditions. • Restrooms may be available nearby, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
