SUMMARY:

North and Middle Sugarloaf are two small mountains located just outside Twin Mountain, NH that provide outstanding views of the Twin, Rosebrook, and Presidential Mountain Range. It takes about 2.5 hrs. to complete.  Elevation gain 1059ft. There are some steep sections which are manageable but bring steady footwear and good traction such as micro spikes. Fairly easy but you still get a workout.

This hike is meant as a positive experience, so please leave discussions about politics or negative events at home. Enjoy the moment with nature and friends.

Driving directions to the location and spot to meet at:

If coming from the South, take I-93 to the Twin Mountain/Gorham exit. When you hit the intersection with Rt 302, make a right. Shortly after you'll see the entrance for  Zealand Rd/campground. Likely the gate will be closed, but there's a parking lot ahead on the left of 302. You'll have to walk up Zealand road to the trailhead which is right after the bridge.
