SUMMARY:

I'm organizing a hike at Purgatory Falls, located near Mont Vernon, New Hampshire. This hike is an accessible 3 to 4 miles with a gentle elevation gain of about 500 feet. Let’s meet at the trailhead parking lot; aim to arrive by 9:30 AM as we'll start hiking at 9:45 AM. Please note, parking is limited as the lot is quite small, so I recommend carpooling if you can. The hike itself should take us between 2 to 3 hours, excluding any time we might spend enjoying breaks or the scenery. Additionally, swimming is allowed at the base of the falls, where there’s a natural pool, if you'd like to enjoy the water.

Please bring appropriate hiking gear, including proper footwear and clothing, hats, sunglasses, sunscreen, bug spray, snacks, plenty of water, and any other essentials.
