SUMMARY: Come explore this high elevation marsh ecosystem featuring a beaver pond, wetlands, and plant species typically found at more northern locations than the central Berkshires. It is a great location for birding. GPS Coordinates for the parking lot are: 42.352446317752744, -73.1878909021464 WHAT TO BRING: Please bring rain-gear, appropriate footwear (that can get muddy), snacks, water, and also consider bringing hiking poles and cleats/crampons if you may need them or to lend to someone who may need them. Dogs on leashes are welcome. Please check the weather the morning before the hike so you can make sure you have the right clothing & equipment if conditions change.
