SUMMARY: Please join us for a leisurely 3-mile walk in the woods of NW CT, hiking to the towering 1700' summit of Haystack Mtn. Please wear sturdy hiking shoes/boots, wear clothing layers appropriate to the forecast and bring snacks/lunch/water according to your needs. We'll take in the 360 degree view from the summit tower and then have lunch at the picnic table there. We should return to our cars by/around 2PM. Raindate Sunday 9 May.
