SUMMARY: Come and join us for a hike in the Great Falls area. We plan to hike section A of the Billy Goat Trail (section B is closed), then cross the C & O Canal and continue the hike on the other side. The whole loop should be about 4 miles. We’ll meet at the Great Falls Visitor Center parking lot (11710 Macarthur Blvd., Potomac, MD) at 12 pm. We’ll have 2 seats in our car available if someone needs a ride. Obviously, the activity will depend on weather but let’s hope for the best – one way or other, we’ll let everyone who signed up know if we go or not NLT 9 am on New Year’s Day.
