SUMMARY: Our December Mountain Bike Ride will be up at Lewis Morris County Park in Morristown on Saturday the 16th, at 11am. The trails at LMCP are dirt, mostly single track with plenty of hills, so this is an intermediate skill level ride. There are plenty of trails looping around the park, so we'll probably end up riding 12 to 15 miles. As always, significant rains at the time of the ride will cancel. Ice, blizzards and temps below 30 can also cancel. If you RSVP, you will be contacted about any ride status changes. Afterwards we can see about stopping at that Irish place again to grab a bite to eat. Let me know if you'll be riding with us or have any questions.
Driving directions to the location and spot to meet at: From I-287, take Exit 35 and head West into Morristown on NJ 24 (between I-287 and Morristown this road may be identified as NJ 124). Continue through town and around the village green (go ¾ the way around the green) and continue on NJ 24. About 3.5 miles from I-287, the park entrance will appear on your left. Follow the signs to the Sunrise Lake Parking Area. Check the map!
