Summary

Don’t have a tent, sleeping bag or mattress?  Don’t worry, I have extra tents, pads, and sleeping bags.

Join us for a relaxing time camping (or rent a rustic cabin) in Shenandoah National Park just 2 hours from DC and 2-1/2 from Richmond!  Bring your marshmallows, graham crackers and chocolate for s'mores.  Wake up to the smell of bacon cooking in the crisp mountain air.

We’ll be camping at Lewis Mountain Campground, just off Skyline Drive, Mile Marker (MM) 57.  There is a camp store for hot showers ($1 for 5 minutes), food and snacks so this isn’t primitive camping by any means!

Costs are $15/night split however many people per night.

This is a first come-first served campground so I won't know the exact campsite until I get there but will post it to all attendees once I have the campsite.  I'll have a 2018 Burgundy Honda Ridgeline and orange Marmot tent

Directions To Trailhead Parking Lot

User your favorite map app to find the campground.  Search on Lewis Mountain Campground, Skyline Drive, Stanardsville, VA. Google Maps works great for that address.  Mile marker 57.
