Summary

Join Scott and Brian (and a whole bunch of other people) on a fun 5K! (Scott and Brian did the Elliot Series last year and are doing it again this year).  Your exertion level it totally up to you.  Run like a bank robber trying to escape arrest, leisurely jog, walk - or any combination of these!  (Last year due to an injury, Brian and I walked the entire distance).  After the race we'll hang out around the lake, socialize or join the post-race party.
