The website is programmed for Guest Members [unpaid members] to receive email messages from Full Members [paid members].

Just so you are clear, a guest member [unpaid member] receives emails from full members [paid member]. They can respond by either  hitting reply or using the email address that is embedded within the message itself. Whether the guest member chooses to respond to the  email is a whole other matter
